Phase 1- Initial Consultation

Our complimentary one-hour consultation will go over the details, the color palette, wedding style, wedding vision and initial budget. This meeting can be in person or virtual. Our consultation will include discussion of the information provided on the contact form, all aspects of your wedding ideas and all design elements.

Phase 2- Design Concept Retainer Fee

If you wish to retain our services, a $1200.00 retainer fee is required to secure your date, which we will begin designing your event. Our design process includes developing a dimensional landscape of the event space, event styling, selection of textiles, light sourcing, floral selection, linen selections, draping, chairs, and/or lounge concepts. No detail is left undone!

Phase 3- Design Presentation

As the client you will be given a full scale digital mock up presentation of the vision. This presentation will show you how your design will look and feel. Our preferred method for the design presentation is in person. At this time, you are also presented with the design contract and itemized proposal.
